Today I would like to share my DT card with you.

I've added texture by creating a petticoat.

I certainly am, I've found time to escape to my craft-room (Yippy)
I really enjoy paper piecing, so when I got this lovely free paper from a magazine, I knew exactly what I was going to do with it.

Holy smoke.......

Today is my wonderful son-in-laws birthday,
He's been seriously i'll, but thankfully he's on the mend now.

A very special wedding anniversary

Yesterday it was  my daughter & son-in-laws 27th wedding anniversary,
It's bitter sweet ,because her Dad isn't here to see it.
He would be very proud of them both.
I always like to make them a special card because they mean so much to me.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
I stuck ribbon across the card, then added the pears.
 
 
 
I've also included a few wedding photos

This was the first wedding cake I ever made,
I also made Sylvia's bouquet, the posies & the button-holes.

Stop pinching me......

I've made this card for a challenge over at the Stamping Chef.
The image is by the very talented Tamara Van Wijk
 
 
 
Method.
I printed the Digi image onto white paper, then I printed it onto the green & pink papers,
I then cut the pants & top out & paper pieced them onto the main image,
I masked the main image to get the pink background, coloured the image & added the bow & pins.
