Secret Santa blog-hop & some of my favourite projects over the past year x

Hi everyone,
We are having a Secret Santa Blog-hop over in "Through the Purple Haze"
With me being a new member of the Design Team,
I wasn't part of it,
I was invited to take part, but felt it was short notice.
I'm sure you would enjoy seeing what the Design Team got from their

I decided I would post several of my favourite projects from 2013.

My daughter & son-in-laws
Wedding anniversary.
My late husband (Alan) was so proud on this special day.

Sylvia & Stuart,
Sweetheart from 14 years old.

My husbands birthday.
That's his photograph on the card.
(He was 17 when it was taken)
Many years ago.........

 Our Wedding anniversary.

I love Monochrome.

Curtains I made for the lounge.

I bought this box in a charity shop,
I think it was only a few pounds

I decided to alter it,
So I made myself another sewing-box,
I added all these items inside the lid.

I painted it, Then put lace & ribbon round it.

Result..... one sewing-box for a few pounds.

A trinket box for my grand-daughter (Toni)
I made this from an old book.

I made this "Grandfather clock" from recycled cardboard.
It's actually 3D.

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog,
I really appreciate your comments.

Lots of love,
Sylvia X
