Nautical..... But nice.....

Hi everyone,
I'm having a sort out in the loft & found this ship,
I bought the ship for my darling Dad & decided to make a background & frame it.
I stained white wallpaper to resemble the sky,
Then made some clouds with cotton wool,
I also drew in some seagulls,
The finishing touch was the sea, I made this with tissue paper & coloured it blue & white.

I would like to enter this project into the following challenges.

Scribble & Scrap #17 Anything Goes

Close-up of cloud & birds.

Sadly my darling Dad died several years ago, That's why this is in the loft.

Items used.
Ship.... I can't remember where i bought it.
Frame.
White wallpaper.
Blue inks.
Cotton Wool.
Tissue Paper.
Basic craft box items... Glue etc.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog.
I really look forward to your comments,
They brighten my day.

Lots of love, Sylvia Xhttp://sylviaskards.blogspot.co.uk/2014/04/nautical-but-nice.html
