Say cheese ... My 1st DT project for the Stamping Chef.

Hi everyone,
I was so pleased when I was asked to join the Design Team for
I couldn't wait to get started with this lovely image, created by the very talented
The image is called "say cheese"
Hence the photo box.
Our challenge this week is "Anything but a card"

I would like to enter this project into the following challenges.
http://crafterscafeblogchallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ (50) 6/8/13
http://creativefingerschallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk/2013/08/creative-fingers-month-2-15.html#comment-form (5) I month

I started with an old book.

Glued the pages together, then marked where I would cut through the pages.

Then I glued the pages on the cut-out section.

In the next stage I lined the inside & made a cover to hide any faults....
(My secret's out)

Next came the fun part, decorating the front.

I added some lovely black lace & red gems.

This is the spine of the "Book"

Items used.
Old book.
Black cardstock.
Red cardstock.
Image (Say cheese)
Promarkers.
Black lace (From my stash)
Red gems (From my stash)
Computor (Text)
Stanley Knife....... Be careful.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog,
I really enjoy reading your comments.
Lots of love ..... Sylvia x
