"Vintage" Telephone & Address book .......

Hi everyone, I hope you are having a lovely Sunday,
I certainly am.
First i would like to thank everyone for the lovely comments on my previous blog.

 I would like to enter this project into the following challenges.

Scribble & Scrap "Anything goes"

I've spent a few hours altering our telephone & address book....
I hope you like the result.

Our book was a sorry sight,
Grey & Boring.
I couldn't wait to alter it.

First i covered it with brown paper.

I covered the inside cover & stained it,
To give it a Vintage look.

Then i stained the outside cover,
I love the effect i got,
All creased & crumpled.

I then went on to decorate the cover,
I used corrugated card, Leather fabric, Carpet tile, Lace & an embellishment from an old bracelet.

The finished book.

Items used.
Telephone & Address book (£ Shop)
Brown paper.
Kraft card.
Computer (Text)
Nestie.
Corrugated card (From my stash)
Carpet tile (B&Q)
Lace. (From my stash)
Embellishment. (From an old bracelet)
