My first attempt at Book Folding.....

Hi Everyone,
I'm happy to say that I'm feeling a lot better after my bang on the head..
Thank you all for the lovely messages.
This is a project i did several months ago,
It's just been sitting on the sideboard,
So I've decided to share it with you.
I would like to get more involved with this technique.
I hope you like my first attempt.....

I would like to enter this project into the following challenges.
Crafting By Design - F - Anything Goes
Penny's Paper-Crafty #193 Anything Goes X
Wonderful Wednesdays W S10 _ Always Anything Goes
4 Krafty Girlz #26 Anything Goes 18-9

I started with an old book....
Covered the front & back with cardstock,
Stained it & Made a leather spine.

Then i folded every page towards the centre.

I then added the "Frills" Made with a Martha Stewart Punch.

I stained the edges to give an aged look.
Then I added some sentiments....

Items used.
Old Book (Charity Shop)
Martha Stewart Punch.
Tim Holtz Distress Inks.
Cardstock.
Leather (Remnant from when I covered an ottoman.
Computer (Text)

I hope you've found this post interesting.....

Thank you for visiting my blog.
I really appreciate it.
Lots of love, Sylvia X
